Egg Yolk Separator-science project

The yolk of an egg contains large amounts of dietary cholesterol and saturated fat, which are the primary reasons for its bad reputation. All of the fat  and  cholesterol  in  eggs comes from the yolk. so you should consume them in moderation as part of a balanced  diet .Whole eggs are high in calories, fat  and  cholesterol. Consuming eggs every day can put you at risk for  heart  disease  by  increasing  your  blood cholesterol levels.
            So separation of egg yolks from the whites  before  cooking  can somehow reduce risk.

       Here small spoons with hole are taken to separate yolk in your kitchen.
